Our story

A coffee shop was never the whole idea.

Stemistry began with a simple belief: everyday spaces can inspire creativity. What started with flowers became a new kind of hospitality concept — one where guests can sip, build, celebrate, and connect under one roof.

Founded by entrepreneur Dylan Capshaw, Stemistry has grown into a distinctive Scottsdale and Phoenix destination built around the unexpected combination of coffee and flowers.
